    Stay Connected

First-time home buyers get a lot of attention, but First-time home buyers get a lot of attention, but selling your first home is a first, too.

You’ve never been on this side of the transaction before, which means there’s probably a lot about the selling process you don’t know yet and why would you?

That’s where I come in!

You’re probably thinking…

“How much is my home actually worth? What should I fix before listing? How much will I actually walk away with? What happens after I accept an offer? And if I’m buying another home, how do I make the timing work?”

My job isn’t just to put your home on the MLS. It’s to help you understand the process, build a strategy around your goals, and make sure you know what’s coming next.

So if you’re thinking about selling your first home in Scottsdale or Phoenix, you don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out.

That’s what I’m here for.

Send me a message. You don’t need to be ready to list yet we can start with a conversation. 🤍

Story Time!! I met a buyer at one of my Scottsda Story Time!!

I met a buyer at one of my Scottsdale open houses on a random Thursday a couple of weeks ago. We talked about what he was looking for, what mattered most to him, and what he hadn’t been able to find on the market. So I got to work.

Through my network, I found an off-market Scottsdale property that was still in the early stages of a full renovation. Not only did it have the potential to become exactly what he was looking for, but because we found it so early, he gets to be part of the design and construction process customizing certain details and finishes to make the home feel like his.

Less than a week after we met, we were under contract!

This is one of my favorite parts of being a buyer’s agent. My search doesn’t stop with the homes publicly listed on the MLS. I’m constantly tapping into my agent network, private listings, upcoming inventory and off-market opportunities to see what else might be out there for my buyers.

Now we get to watch this one go from construction site to finished home, and I cannot wait to see it come to life!!

If you’re looking for a home in Scottsdale and aren’t finding exactly what you want on the market, working with a well-connected local agent can open up opportunities you may never find scrolling online. Sometimes the right house is already out there it just hasn’t hit the market yet.

“How do I sell my house and buy another at the sam “How do I sell my house and buy another at the same time?”

This is one of the biggest concerns I hear from Scottsdale homeowners who want to move but need to sell their current home first.

And the answer is: we plan for the gap before we ever put your house on the market.

Depending on your situation, that could mean negotiating extra time in your current home after closing, coordinating your sale and purchase timelines, using temporary housing as a backup, or structuring the transactions so you have as much flexibility as possible.

There isn’t one perfect strategy for every homeowner. Your equity, finances, the market, and what you’re buying next all play a role.

That’s why when I help someone sell and buy at the same time, we don’t just have a Plan A. We talk through Plan B before we start so you know what happens if the dates don’t line up perfectly.

If you’re thinking about selling your home in Scottsdale or the Phoenix area but the logistics of buying your next home are holding you back - I’m your girl! Send me a message and we can map out what the move could actually look like before you make any decisions.

If a 4-bedroom home with a pool in Scottsdale’s “magic zip code” is on your wish list, this is exactly the kind of property I’d be sending your way.

✨ 4 bedrooms
✨ 2 baths
✨ Fully renovated
✨ Over 2,100 sq ft
✨ Private pool + spacious backyard

The backyard is especially good for families with plenty of room to spend summer days in the pool without giving up the yard space to play, entertain or just hang out.

And if you’re not familiar with 85254, there’s a reason people call it the “magic zip code.” You get a Scottsdale address, Phoenix taxes and Paradise Valley schools plus a central location near Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter and so much of what North Scottsdale has to offer.

If you’re searching for a home in 85254, comment 85254 for the details or send me a message. I’m always keeping an eye on what’s hitting the market and what might be coming next. 🤍
