I have bought, remodeled, sold, and built so I feel like I've been around the block with the process and with many, many realtors. What Sara brings is market knowledge, negotiating skill, impeccable timey response, and most importantly an understanding of the needs of her clients, especially as it relates to the NAR settlement and the "new way" of negotiating buyer's brokers agreements and negotiating sales for closing. If you want someone who will go to bat for you and consider innovative and outside the box thinking among buyers and sellers, then she would be an outstanding choice. I never heard "no" or "I can't" from her. She was always open to figuring out a way to get things done. She embodies the future of what I see as fair and professional real estate representation.

I have actually never written a review before but our experience with Sara was too exceptional not to write one! Buying a home is one of the biggest events in life. It is emotional and overwhelming with all of the different aspects that go along with it. Good customer service is difficult to find these days, exceptional customer service seems like one in a million!
